Gotham Park is located on about 2.3 acres in the heart of Atlanta.  The parcels were purchased by the Piedmont Heights Civic Association (PHCA) in 1956 as a buffer against encroaching commercial and industrial development in the area and the Northeast Expressway (now I85).  The park is accessible by three deadend streets including Kilburn Drive, Lebanon Drive and Gotham Way, where the "official" entrance is located.  The park was once called "Monroe Park" in honor of the Monroe family who operated a vibrant nursery here and on an adjacent 15 acres for many years.

Help the PHCA revitalize Gotham Park!  Gotham Park is not owned or maintained by the City of Atlanta therefore it is up to us to improve the park and make it a vibrant place for our children and ourselves to enjoy!

NEW!!  Check out the latest design draft.
